3D Sensing in Challenging Conditions – Excelitas introduces time-of-flight measurement modules

Excelitas Technologies has introduced its new XTOF™ Time-of-Flight modules for high-speed 3D sensing and distance measurement in industrial and embedded applications.

The XTOF™ modules combine depth sensing, ranging, and integrated illumination in compact, ready-to-use formats designed for easy OEM integration. Depending on the model, the portfolio supports applications from simple presence detection and distance measurement to higher-resolution spatial sensing for robotics, automation, smart infrastructure, and machine vision systems.

The new product family includes the XTOF-M-100 and XTOF-M-101 sensor modules as well as the XTOF-RM-100 range finder module, offering flexible options for compact 3D sensing applications.
