Optical & Photonic Engineering
At our Photonics Center in Hanover and Design Center in Daventry, we provide optical design, laser system engineering, optomechanical design, cleanroom assembly and system characterization. Our teams assemble and calibrate complex photonic systems, including neoLASE laser platforms.
Laser & Amplifier System Development
Through neoLASE, we offer modular MOPA-based laser platforms, free-space and OEM amplifier systems, and scalable pulse architectures from nanosecond to femtosecond regimes. We support customization, integration and industrialization of laser subsystems for scientific and industrial applications.
Thermal, Electronics & Software Engineering
At our Kraków Design and Production Center, we develop thermoelectric and compressor-based cooling systems, electronics, control systems and software. Our team provides CAD design, PCB layout and CFD simulation to ensure system reliability.
Industrialization & Production
We offer seamless transfer from development to production with structured processes, revision control and global BOM management. Production includes optical alignment, mechanical assembly, brazing, thermal testing, helium leak detection and climate chamber validation.
Subcontract Manufacturing in Europe

Or do you want to upgrade your laser machine, scientific laser or low-power oscillator? No problem, our compact neoLASE amplifiers are easy to integrate and a cost-effective way to make your existing setup fit for new applications.
We also create customized components, assemblies and systems – for example optical racks in a convenient, modular 19” format or complex electronics for control or evaluation.
THERMAL MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS
We know that finding the right thermal management system for high-tech applications can be like squaring the circle – and sometimes require custom solutions.
We can either source a custom solution from one of our reliable manufacturers or have our experts design a custom system for you. Our engineering team and our own production facilities in Krákow, Poland, are close to our European customers, ensuring short ways, quick delivery, and strict quality standards.
Direct cooling, air cooling, liquid cooling, Peltier or compressor – our experts will be happy to match your unique needs as closely as possible.
